12/4 -- Prepping for Italy

While we were finishing our Spain/Portugal trip in New Jersey, we found a good deal on a tour to Tuscany and Umbria and signed up, adding a few days in Rome at the end.

We are now starting to pack, have completed our Christmas shopping and are nearly done with Christmas cards.

Our new adventure will focus on the hill towns and help us see parts of Italy we might not have found on  our own. The biggest challenge will be how to get enough steps to offset the wining and dining.
