All that car stuff left us kind of hankering for the outdoors, and our hotel, conveniently, is right next to where the 1972 Olympics were held, so around 4pm, we went for the walk we had planned to take in the morning and found BMW Welt on foot, and explored this huge sports space too. there is a river that runs through it, populated by swans, ducks, geese, and other water birds. There are also a bunch of sports facilities, which look pretty modernistic, considering they were build more than 40 years ago.
